Perfume Trade House (“we”, “us”) is based in Castro Valley, California. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.
When you browse: device and browser type, approximate location, and the pages you visit. When you order: your name, email, phone number, shipping address and order details. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. When you contact us, apply for wholesale or subscribe: the details you submit and your consent choice.
To process and ship orders, send order and shipping emails, answer your questions, prevent fraud, meet tax and legal obligations, and — only with your consent — measure marketing and send offers.
Only the providers needed to run the store: Stripe (payments), shipping carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx), our hosting and email providers, and, only if you accept cookies, analytics or advertising tools. We do not sell your personal information.
Essential cookies keep the cart and checkout working. Analytics and advertising tags load only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.
We keep order and tax records for at least four years, as required for business and sales-tax purposes. Other information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.

If you give us a resale certificate or seller's permit for a wholesale account, we store it securely and use it only for tax-compliance purposes.
This store is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
